Tickets for July + August now on sale.
What is it?
The Open Arms is a collaboration between Warwick Castle, Digbeth Dining Club and some of Warwick’s great independent businesses.
We will be turning the castle in to a beer garden & street food market for the summer, opening between 5pm & 11pm every Thursday, Friday & Saturday
With capacity much reduced capacity to our normal events at the castle, we will only be allowing the number of people on site that can fit on the allocated tables.
How it works?
You book a table for you and your party - max 4 adults per table, or 6 from the same household.
You will be asked to choose from a staggered entry time, this allows us to safely welcome everyone and safely order food and drink without big queues.
Once you have your table you can go up and order your food and drink from several bars & food traders on offer, these will rotate all summer.
Your server will let you know how long your order will be and then you will be asked to wait to the side, or return to your table whilst it is prepared.
Then sit and enjoy your food & drink with friends and, whilst listening to a carefully selected playlist from DDC regular and guest DJ’s
Frequently Asked Questions.
What time can I arrive?
You are more than welcome to arrive up to thirty minutes prior to your allotted table booking. This does not include those with 5pm bookings of course.
Can I add people to my table booking?
Yes! If you have, for example, booked a table for 2 but you'd like to bring a couple of others along, then feel free to do so. We ask you all arrive as a group and we will take the added guests emails and names on the door.
Do you accept cash?
This event is a contactless only event. No cash will be accepted.
Can I swap my table to a different day?
Sadly not. We only have a certain amount of tables at the venue so it would mean another group would go without a table. Please do not turn up on the day and try to get in.
What is your policy on children and dogs?
This is a family-friendly event and children are of course more than welcome to come but can stay no later than 9pm. In line with the Castle's policy, no dogs are allowed on site.
Can I bring a cool box with food and drink?
No. There is plenty of food and drink at the event!
